How many pallets can fit in a semi-trailer?

The World of Pallets
Pallets, the indispensable building blocks of the logistics world, come in a range of varieties. From the widely known Europallets to the robust block pallets, each type has its own unique specifications. It is essential not only to know which pallets you are using, but also to understand their dimensions and weight. This information is the key to effective and efficient loading. In this article, we will assume the Europallet (EPAL) and the open block pallet, as these are the most common pallets in Europe.
Europallet size: 80 x 120 cm (load capacity 1500kg)
Block pallet size: 100 x 120 cm (load capacity 1000kg)

Tip: Want to quickly calculate the number of pallet spaces in your trailer? Then multiply the length (in cm) and width (in cm) of the loading space and then divide this by 9600. So: (length x width) / 9600 = number of pallet spaces
Double the number of pallet spaces!
