The new integrated Rollforming line, now in full operation, has been fully developed from scratch with their customers in mind. With the addition of this machine LoadLok has increased its capacity to 3 times its previous output. The machine has been designed to deliver maximum levels of customization possibilities and is capable of producing steel tracks in all materials and finishes, from standard tracks - 3009, 1805, 1806, 5044 and 3011 – to totally bespoke tracks. As stated by Mike Reilly, managing director of the new Hirwaun facility, “The most important thing about this machine is the endless possibilities it offers our customers. We believe that by producing customized variations of tracks, specifically optimized in length, shape, mounting holes, material and finish, we can help our customers greatly improve the handling of our tracks in their production line and save them significant production time”. He added, “The fact that we can now produce a 3 metre track in just a matter of seconds also ensures we can deliver high volume orders in short lead-times”.
