LoadLok and Roland International acquired by The Heico Companies, the Global Leader in Cargo Control Solutions
The Heico Companies announces the acquisition of a majority ownership share of The Cargo Control Company B.V. (“C3”). Johan de Rooij will remain involved as a shareholder and CEO. C3 is the parent company of both LoadLok, a leading European specialist in cargo control solutions, and Roland International, a preeminent European integrated manufacturer of curtain side products. The Heico Companies is eager to support C3 with its resources and experience in the cargo control sector. “As a member of The Heico Companies, C3 will align with Heico’s commitment to providing the utmost level of safety, security, and efficiency in cargo control solutions across all modes of transportation. Under Heico, the Company will benefit from increased efficiency, scalability, technology and shared best practices.
