The LayerLok AF is a flexible and lightweight double decking system designed to maximize the space within closed box or refrigerated trailers, increasing the volume capacity from 33 pallets to 66 pallets. It is the lowest and lightest aluminum captive airline double decking system on the market.

The LayerLok AF beams offer various load capacities:

• 1841: Standard beam with a decking capacity of 1000kg and shoring capacity of 900 DAN.
• 1841HD: Heavy-duty beam with a decking capacity of 1350kg and shoring capacity of 1125 DAN.
• 1848: Standard beam with a decking capacity of 1000kg and shoring capacity of 900 DAN.
